Sustainability isn’t, and shouldn’t be, a second thought

At Clarkson Catering, we are aware of our environmental impact, and we strive to make sure that all aspects of our processes – from menu planning to product selection – have sustainability in mind.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all food is locally sourced, and that the disposable containers it is served in are also entirely biodegradable.We have also introduced initiatives such as "meat-free" days and the removal of high-carbon-footprint foods.

We work closely with Albert star-certified productions, and with food banks and companies such as Olio and Olleco to recycle food waste and cooking oil into biofuel.

Our teams are accustomed to meeting sustainability targets, and we are proud to be an environmentally conscious business.
